IMPORTANT: The driver will wait for you with a paging board (either with your name or Bukit Lawang Logo on it). After you went through customs and did exit the airport building, walk to the information counter. As you can see, the area can be quite busy. The drive will waiting you in the arrival Gate Out, and there is where all the other drivers are waiting. Sometimes, things can get busy at the airport, so we decided the better Meeting Point is just next to the Information Desk.
If you can't find your driver then please call or chat us. The Airport provides free wifi, so you should be able to connect with the internet easily, even if you do not have a local SimCard.
